The Research:

Neroli Cosmetics, based in Coral Bay, Florida, is developing a digital platform to showcase their all-natural skincare and beauty products, made with locally sourced Florida citrus.

Their goal is to enhance customer interaction and streamline the purchasing process through an intuitive website. Competitive analysis shows that while rivals like RMS Beauty and ILIA focus on sustainability, they face pricing challenges, which Neroli seeks to address by offering a cost-effective, eco-friendly alternative. The target market, primarily female and aged 18 to 57, values self-care, skin protection, and creative self-expression.

The website will reflect these priorities, providing an accessible and engaging user experience that aligns with Neroli’s mission and customer needs.
